Coincidentally, what I bought was “tahu sumedang”. In my opinion: 1. From the appearance it looks like ordinary fried tofu, not the brown tahu sumedang 2. It tastes very salty and smells like tofu dregs. Next time maybe check again, I bought 3 baskets, all the same (1 basket of available tofu, 2 baskets of freshly fried tofu) all smelled like dregs. I tried calling but it didn't connect, I tried WA but it wasn't replied to.
