I'm surprised why the review point is 3.1, the taste is okay, the waiters are friendly and properly explained the menu I asked about, the service is also fast, it didn't even take 5 minutes to be served

The place is spacious, comfortable, the AC is cold. Order food + pay first at the front, the dining area is inside, going inside there are many tables available. Service is okay & friendly, the smoked chicken + geprek is delicious and worth the price. The chili sauce is also spicy and great.

The food is delicious. besides the a la carte food.. you can order a budget package if it's more than 1 portion called a ramean package (food + drink per person plus 2 extra choices or snacks according to the type available). I ordered the ramean package 3 at that time because I was eating, then the extras were dry fried meatballs + fried skin (just didn't have time to take a photo) hehe

The food took a very long time and the waiter was not friendly, very rude when asked

the name is ayam keprabon EXPRESS but the service is not EXPRESS at all. even though the food is ok, but the service is VERY LONG. they said the rice ran out and told to wait 10-15 minutes. ok, waited.. it came out more than 15 minutes and the rice was not freshly cooked and the portion of rice was small, like it was rationed to be divided among several customers because there were quite a lot of orders. after the rice + chicken came out, the snacks (fried skin, otak-otak & chicken karage) hadn't arrived yet. they said "yes, it's just about to be brought out" but it wasn't that fast, it turned out they were just about to fry it. in my opinion, add more employees or maybe there should be female staff who are more multitasking. the employees are confused, even though the food is simple but the service is BAD. total waiting for food is 1.5 hours.
