Batagor, fried meatball tofu, legendary which started from a home business in one of the alleys on Jalan Kopo and now has many branches in various corners of Bandung city. Lastly, I had the opportunity to reminisce at the branch on Jalan Cibaduyut. The place is simple. A stall with rows of 4-5 tables with plastic stools. The menu includes yamin noodles, meatball soup noodles, fried or soup batagor. I bought three pieces of fried batagor. Still fresh from the fryer. I cut them up so the heat evaporates. Then pour the spicy peanut sauce, add soy sauce for sweetness and squeeze lime for freshness. Stir so the sauce coats the batagor. Then ready to be eaten. Hap. Yum yum yum. The taste is still similar to the old days. The batagor is crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Actually, eating it without sauce is already delicious. But the combination of savory, spicy, sweet, fresh from the sauce, soy sauce and lime makes the batagor even more delicious to eat. It's really enjoyable. The price per batagor is only 4 thousand. Cheaaaap. How about trying it? Invite me, okay 😅
