Overpowered by the over sweetness sweetness However the ABISMAL are the mistreatment of the service. The manager n staff fighting over us about the miss non explanation of the tax n svc charge matter. And what makes it WORSE. Since when a restaurant deny a customer request for a drink yo substitute for simple syrup for a palm sugar. Which palm sugar is readily available among the menus. Customer that dont or cant eat simple sugar syrup. To be denied over such common and simple request. On top of the worse situation created just escalated to WORST EVER! SAD

It's located on the ground floor of TSM Bandung. The place is comfortable and cozy with plenty of tables and chairs. The menu is extensive and mouth-watering. There are appetizers, signature Rendang dishes, Nasi Kendhil, and more. For our appetizer, we ordered the Bakwan Platter, which featured shrimp and was crispy and savory. For our main course, we ordered Lontong Cap Go Meh RENDANG, Soto Betawi Rempah Bistro, Lempah Tenggiri Parai, Nasi Liwet, and Salad Putri Dewi. For our drinks, we ordered Wedang Ronde and Iced Lemongrass Tea. All the flavors were delicious, suited our palate, and suited our tastes. The price reflects the taste and quality. My 2nd time here and still loving it! Staff were super welcoming, the place is cozy with nice vibes, and the food is just soooo good 🤩 Not too oily, full of flavor, and nicely served. Tried the fried rice set + prawn fritters — both hit the spot! 🌶️🍤 Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

upsetting first time here. went when it wasn’t crowded at all. ordered at 2.59 but waited way more than 30 minutes for most of the dishes to be served. had to remind them tht our grilled squid has not been served and it only came at 3.52🥲 don’t even get me started on the portions… these were INSANELY small??? ordered the bistik steak for them to give us 4 small pathetic pieces of beef + 4 mini potatoes and that steak was overcooked. don’t even want to take photos of the food bc we were just so disappointed tht we spent so much to only get back so little for the price, it is SO not worth the portion and the wait. been to other restaurants for indonesian food and even though some items were cheaper, the portions were way more than what they served us here and tasted much better. do better please 🙏
