Celebrated my birthday dinner at Altero Bistronomi and had a lovely experience! The steak was definitely the highlight, really good and perfectly satisfying. The place itself is cozy and intimate, making it a great choice for a special dinner. We ordered dessert at the end, and the staff brought it out with a candle and sang happy birthday 🎂 Great steak, cozy atmosphere, and warm service. Definitely a nice spot in Bandung for a special occasion. Would happily come back!

Went here for anniversary dinner. We made reservation in advance. Their customer care team is very helpful and even reminded us on the day of the reservation. Tried their 10 course tasting menu (this season theme is voyage). Food is superb! The flow of the course is flawless. Presentation is great. Definitely one of the best food ever tasted in Bandung Our server in charge during the course is Bagus. He is definitely lives up to his name. His service is “bagus” excellent, had a good knowledge of each dish and definitely always keeps us in check to make the flow flawless. Would recommend this place and would come back here in the future!

Honestly, one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Bandung. The Truffle Cheese Gnocchi was so good, and the wood-fired Cream Cheese Mushroom was just as amazing. But what really stood out was the service. From the parking staff to the receptionist and waiters, everyone was genuinely nice, attentive, and welcoming. You can really tell the team cares about the experience. The ambience was also on point. Even on a packed Saturday night, it never felt chaotic or too loud. I’ve tried quite a few upscale restaurants, and Altero definitely stands out. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Definitely coming back.

Had a lovely dinner with my husband and son. We all enjoyed the mushroom soup! It was different from any other mushroom soups we’ve tried. The portion for the mains were perfect and every dish was flavourful. I truly enjoyed the refreshing pineapple drink that was recommended by our server, Firli. Overall, a wonderful experience!
