In terms of taste, IMO the food was not as good compared to Pagisore or Sederhana, though it was still acceptable. I arrived quite late and stayed until closing, and during the cleaning process the staff played music very loudly. As a suggestion, it would be better to maintain a more considerate volume while customers are still present. I hope this can be improved moving forward. Thanks ~

Rumah Makan Bu Mus has quickly become my favourite spot for authentic Padang cuisine in Bandung. The flavours are rich, bold, and deeply satisfying, just as Padang food should be. Every dish tastes homemade, with perfectly balanced spices that bring warmth and comfort in every bite. I especially love the rendang—it’s tender and packed with flavour. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. If you’re seeking genuine Padang food in Bandung, Bu Mus is truly second to none.

First time to this place. The location is near the famous Gedung Sate. It is on busy road, şo in and out parking spot might take time. Service was good, the food is okay for my taste.

Comfortable place to eat. There are many choices of types of food, especially sambel hejo, rendang, tumis paria, ati ampela pete, and many more. Already open at 9am. Recommended to eat with family or friends. 2nd visit review (13/02/26): Located on Cimanuk street, Bandung, while the place is spacious enough to accommodate several cars. As usual, all the side dishes are placed on the table, with a variety of choices. The six of us ate from our respective choices, and if we didn't have enough, we could ask for more. Overall, everything was delicious, and suited our tastes. The staff and service were also friendly and helpful. Enjoy..

This padang food was recommended by the locals. The food is clean and nice. Free hot tea. The taste is great but the rendang is a let down, it's too oily and tough. They also don't have the standard boiled cassava leaves, only the one cooked in santan. The place is clean and modern, the toilet is also cleanish. The price is not expensive but not cheap either. They charged things that are mostly free in padang street food (such as sambal, cassave leaves, extra rice). For example Aug 2024: Chicken 24k Rendang 25k Rice 9k Perkedel (potato fritter) 10k Cassava leaves 14k Sambal 8k Ati (chicken liver dish) 28k They don't seem to have gst/tax. Recommend dish: ati ampla petai, ayam pop, ayam goreng.
