Pesona Kampung Sunda is a great place to enjoy authentic Sundanese home-style cuisine. The concept is quite unique—you pick your own dishes just like taking food from a traditional home kitchen. There is a wide variety of options, from different side dishes to fresh vegetables, and the drinks selection is also quite diverse. The dining atmosphere is very charming, with a setting that feels like being at home or in a rice field, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. All the food tastes delicious, making it a must-visit culinary spot in Bandung. However, it can get very crowded during lunchtime, so it’s better to come earlier if you want a more comfortable experience.
View on GoogleEating lunch there with family. Overall foods taste are great, we ordered fried chicken, gurame, and other various side dishes. Out of all the menu, I'll definitely pick jengkol semur as the winner, its texture, taste, looks, everything is on another level. The atmosphere is close to what the name describes. You'll find frying and roasting area close to the foods table where prasmanan is served. The smoke is everywhere :) However, the queue time is challenging, make sure to avoid peak lunch time. This might be testament of its popularity.

View on GooglePesona Kampung Sunda was the perfect place for a family meal after my graduation. The warm, traditional atmosphere made the celebration feel even more special. I loved how the dishes were served with such rich, comforting flavours—proper Sundanese goodness that reminded me of home. Sharing the food with my family felt genuinely heartwarming, and the relaxed setting allowed us to savour the moment. It was a beautiful way to end such an important day.
View on GoogleStaff were very friendly and helpful, speaking good English. They helped explain the dishes to us. The food here is buffet style, you take what you want onto your plate and they also reheat some food for you. Nice seating area outside.
