Before becoming a coffee shop, Toko Kopi Djawa was a bookstore that was established in 1955. Unfortunately, the owner decided to close the bookstore and turn it into a coffee place.

Decent price, portion, and tastes for Kopi Toko Djawa in general. Last time I tried "Es Kopi Toko Djawa", it tastes good. Services were satisfying. The place was quite big, clean, and comfortable. Good place to buy and drink coffee with your friends or family. Last visit on: 8 February 2026, 14:10 WIB.

It's alright, I only bought the 20k classic coffee so nothing special. Price is standard for a cafe. Place is quite cute with the decorations. Oh also got a free bag of used coffee for other useful things ^^ So 4 star bc of that

The barista is kinda rude, doesn't feel friendly while we're taking orders. One time my friend order for an espresso and they make a little laugh about it, maybe it's because we're a high schooler or something, it's like they think we don't have any knowledge about coffees. But well they already know we are a highschooler why not give us some recommendations or tell us what that thing is. The food & drink is good tho, the place is also great

A really great place to hang out and take pictures with friends! Since it is a compound space with other tenants, you can really feel the sort of openness in the area. I had coffee, ordered Bakso Goreng from Tjo Kin and my sister had ice cream. There is also a photobooth. It is a very viby and chic place.
