My second time to visit this Citarum branch. It was a pleasant experience, the staff greeted me and ask me to my table and it was a big one. Considering I was alone at that time, but they said it’s ok. The meat quality was excellent. Basically everything went well. Thank you & keep up the good work!

Great food, high-quality meat, and a cozy atmosphere. The service was outstanding, especially from Lena and Hendra. They were friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!!

The food was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor and truly satisfying! The service was warm and welcoming, and several staff members went above and beyond to assist in every situation. Great choice for all-you-can-eat yakiniku. The meat quality is very good, especially the karubi, my personal favorite. Side dishes are okay, though they must be ordered from the menu instead of being self-service like some other AYCE places. And of course, don’t miss the famous Gyu-Kaku pudding. Service was good with friendly and attentive waiters. Ambience is decent, but the floor felt quite sticky during our visit. Parking space is also quite limited. Overall, a solid AYCE spot with great meat quality and good service.

Had a wholesome lunch here at Gyu-Kaku Bandung. Everything was awesome, along with the great service from Mr Andre and Mr Lutpan. Well done!
