Small mini museum to spend your time. You can enter through the back gate of gedung sate. Search "gerbang pemda provinsi jabar" for entry, the security will direct the tourist. The entrance fee is also quite cheap only 5.000 rupiah per person
View on GoogleBandung's iconic landmark. It's a historical Dutch colonial building that still functions as an official office today. The name of the building translate in "Satay Building" which is pretty funny, it's because the shape of the spire on top of the building looks like a satay. There's a small museum inside but I didn't visit it. The entrance into the compound can be a bit confusing with all those iron bars surrounding it, but you should find it if you walk around the main area. Overall a very cool building with pretty architecture, definitely worth a visit.
View on GoogleTo know about Bandung's history in the past, we must visit this place. The museum is good enough and clean. A little suggestion, maybe they need to rearrange the art collection into eye-catching installation, and the lighting in some areas was not too good, so it's hard to take photos.
View on GooglePleasant but short walk, not much to do, but it's very well maintained!
View on GoogleThis museum is amazing !! I was with two of my friends, we are french tourists and we found the museum to be particularly educative, especially since we had an amazing guide who provided us with informations and facts about the colonial periods of Indonesia. He also shared with us cultural elements which was really interesting to hear as we could compare French colonial tactics vs Dutch vs Japanese. An intern also offered us to explain the architectural specificities of the building, which was interesting as well. The movie at the end of the exhibition was amazingly clear to understand for all ages. We do not regret at all coming here, in fact all tourists should have a tour there to understand the history of Bandung
