I really enjoyed dining at Shabu Hachi Cilaki Bandung. The buffet-style shabu-shabu and yakiniku made the meal feel fun and satisfying, and the friendly staff added to the experience without being over the top. It was easy to relax and just focus on the food. For anyone looking for a solid all-you-can-eat option in Bandung, this is a place I’d happily come back to.

Had an amazing dining experience at Shabu Hachi Bandung! If you love Japanese hotpot and quality meat cuts, this place is a must-visit. The variety on the buffet is impressive—from fresh vegetables, premium beef slices, seafood, and delicious side dishes to an array of dipping sauces that you can customize to your taste. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They explained the menu clearly and kept refilling the broth and ingredients without needing to ask. The place was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere. What I appreciated most was the balance of quality and value. The meat was fresh and tender, and the sukiyaki broth was flavorful. Their dessert selection, especially the matcha ice cream, was the perfect way to end the meal! Definitely recommended for group gatherings, family dinners, or just when you’re craving a satisfying hotpot experience in Bandung.

The staff at the ice cream stand on August 20, 2026, around 8 PM, came across as quite unfriendly. We were also confused because there were no menu recommendations, suggestions, or any effort to offer assistance. For a place that promotes excellent service, we expected a much more welcoming and helpful experience

100000% Good! I’m exactly coming back on the next day. To come here you should reservation before to save your seat. The food was great and delicious and affordable price, the service is excellent.. there is special price for group with minimum 10pax.
