Decent price, decent portion, and tastes good. Last time I tried "Pisang Goreng Thai" and "Ice Cream Scoop", both taste good. Services were satisfying. The place was big, clean, and comfortable. Good place to eat Indonesian food with your friends or family. Last visit on: 25 January 2025, 20:05 WIB. Number of visits: 2 times.
View on GoogleThis is definitely not my first time in Bandung. I’ve been coming here quite often during holidays because it is such a beautiful city with genuinely friendly people. That’s why I thought this time would be no different, especially when I brought my foreign friend along for a trip. Unfortunately, this turned out to be my first and by far my worst experience in Bandung. When we first walked into the restaurant, I was speaking to my friend in a foreign language. Almost immediately, I noticed that several customers were looking at us with rather strange or uncomfortable expressions. I tried not to think too much of it and assumed that perhaps they were simply not familiar with the language. We then waited for quite a while, but no waiter came to us. So I approached one of the waiters myself and asked whether they had a table for two. The waiter responded in a very nonchalant and somewhat rude manner. I tried to brush it off, thinking that perhaps they were simply busy, although there seemed to be enough staff to handle the number of customers at the time. After we were seated, I went to the ordering area and waited patiently while the customers ahead of me were choosing their food. That was absolutely fine — I understand that everyone has their turn. However, when it was finally my turn, the waiter literally acted as though I wasn’t there. Without saying anything or asking for my order, he simply moved on to the person standing next to me. I was genuinely confused. I had been standing in the queue and waiting for my turn, so I didn’t understand why I was suddenly skipped. I stepped back and waited again, intending to rejoin the queue after the next customer. But when it was my turn again, the waiter once again completely ignored me. He didn’t ask me anything, acknowledge my presence, or even indicate that I should wait. Since there was no one else waiting behind me, I was simply left standing there. At that point, I honestly felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. What made this experience particularly upsetting was that I couldn’t help but wonder whether we were being treated differently because we were speaking a foreign language and because my friend was a foreigner. I sincerely hope that wasn’t the reason, but the repeated behavior made it difficult not to feel that way. I’ve always had a very positive impression of Bandung and its people, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this is my first — and by far my worst — experience in Bandung. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and treats every customer with the same basic level of courtesy and respect, regardless of where they come from or what language they speak.
View on GoogleOne of the best nasi rames in Bandung. Quite legendary. The rice portion is small though, and the price quite pricey. But the taste is authentic and tasty. There are a lot of spaces and tables inside of the restaurant. Kolak is one of the must try desserts in this restaurant
View on GoogleCame for dessert and did not disappoint. Es cincau hijau (iced green grass jelly) is one of the best. A must place to see.
View on GoogleIndonesian buffet style restaurant (nasi rames) with varieties of dishes available. Also provide traditional Indonesian salad (such as gado-gado and lotek) and sweet dessert (such as kolak, etc.). Other section of the restaurant dedicated to a la carte (western and asian dishes). Spacious space, suitable for family with children. Quite pricey.
