Food taste is standard. Portion is small except for the rice, so it's quite pricey. It's fast serving. It's unique experience, eating on leaves instead of a plate. You'll get complimentary hot tea. There's parking lot available. The toilet needs extra cleaning

Alas Daun offers a dining concept with banana leaves used in place of plates. The food itself is basic for flavor and portion quality. The ambience is not too pleasant enough. The space feels cramped, especially when the restaurant is full, and the table arrangement could benefit from more thoughtful spacing. Cleanliness also feels a bit overlooked, which affects comfort during the meal. Parking adds another layer of hassle, as it’s not the most convenient setup for visitors.

All the dishes were good, especially the sambal mangga. I went around 5 PM and it wasn’t crowded, but after 6 more people started to come. So if you want it quiet, better go before 6 PM. What’s unique is they don’t use plates for the rice, instead they serve it on banana leaves. The only downside was the flies, which I found a bit annoying. Hopefully, they can improve that.

Indonesian style resto, where you eat on a banana leaf. They have so many food selection, from savory to sweat, if you cant stand spicy food, better ask the waiter first whether the food are spicy or not. They serve, fish, chicken, beef, veggies selection. They have soup, fried, steam food. Too many to mention. Worth to try when you are in Bandung. Adequate parking space. The staffs are nice and friendly.
