Chinese cuisine is unique in its own right. However, based on my experience, the Chinese food in Medan surpasses that of Bandung. Although, the Chinese food in Bandung is still superior to that of Semarang and Surabaya. The establishment is spacious, parking is plentiful, and prices are more affordable compared to those in Jakarta. Though, the taste may be slightly inferior, possibly due to the high volume of customers leading to fatigued chefs.

The fried rice taste is average. But samcan and casio is favorite 😍 Also thumbs up for chili oil 👍🏻

Ordered nasi goreng samcan and liked it. Always visiting here everytime I go to Cibadak. Fried rice was dry and not mushy, with smoky flavor from wok hei. Samcan was crispy. They have chili sauce on the table which is very aromatic and complement the fried rice well.

This is one of the best pork fried rice in town. Although for the special pork fried rice a bit pricy. And if you top it up with Samcan goreng epenk ..... it will be extra ordinary!!!!

They added the fried pork belly just before they served it, hence you'll enjoy it crispy
