This mongol tofu is a fave for morning snacking, frying it is a bit tricky. Bringing it raw from Bandung to Jkt is also tricky .. Tofu without preservatives🤍 The place is in astana anyar, far in the lower direction & dense area, well we stay in the middle or upper Bdg... Can be gojeked but afraid the tofu will be destroyed 😆

The tofu is delicious. I like to buy the white molded tofu. No need to soak in seasoning anymore, just fry it, wow, great, the tofu is soft. Eating it with any chili sauce is also great.
