hot plate noodles
View on GoogleWhat's Viral Right Now, " Mie Ayam Hot Plate " Innovation in unique and interesting dishes is indeed Very necessary in the culinary business. With an Islamic music atmosphere. The serving style is more like mie aceh because the noodles are thick, And improve the service further, especially the serving time, add more tables. Hope everything runs smoothly, successfully and with blessings..
View on GoogleThe mie ayam is sooo watery 🙄 the bakso is good but the broth hmmm I'm speechless, at 18 thousand it tastes like this, worse than the cart stalls costing around 10 thousand
View on GoogleWhat makes this bakmi unique is that as soon as the server serves it, they pour liquid seasoning over it and smoke immediately comes out of the noodles. Because the Hotplate makes the smoke come out. Similar to the grilled fish at Saung Abah Subang served on a hot stone. As for the taste, it probably depends on everyone's preferences for each type of bakmi. Sorry, but for me it doesn't really pack a punch on the tongue, there's no standout taste. It was my first time here, after it was served I waited for it to cool a little, and when I turned the noodles over the bottom was burnt, which made me grin, oh right, this is a Hotplate. The problem is there was no explanation to quickly keep turning the noodles so they don't burn. Just a suggestion, speed up the serving, because the wait is quite long, leaving you stiff and your stomach constantly rumbling. 🙏
View on GoogleFor the mie ayam, I think it's not mie ayam but more like fried noodles, why? Because the texture is dry (no broth), so calling it mie ayam doesn't really fit, the serving is alright, complete, and the price is fairly affordable too, just far from expectations... the taste is lacking too...😑
