Didn’t expect this restaurant to be that good. The Sop Iga actually has a decent amount of meat, not just bones, and it’s only 40k. The only thing that made me nervous when I walked in was there being no price list. You can either go for the buffet or order straight from the menu. The buffet isn’t much..just things like anchovies, orek, gepuk, salted fish, bakwan jagung, perkedel, empal, and simple warteg-style food, but in a Sundanese version since they serve lalapan and tomato sambal. You can also order freshly made spicy sambal (sambel dadak) or just scoop sambal terasi yourself. Honestly, this place nails it with the sambal. The fried chicken is super crispy, not stingy at all, and the grilled chicken is packed with flavorful seasoning. Even the fried egg isn’t just plain as it’s really thick, almost like kerak telor. Overall, solid spot! Maybe next time they should add the menu prices though.
