nice spot, 5 stars for the kids area, however, the service they delivered is awfully irritated. without clear and firm explanation they will tried to pull out more cash out of your pocket, even worse when I address complain there is no appologize from the staff instead they argue and nothing solved in the end, clearly they need to be more costumer service orriented, not to sacrifice costumer right to have clear explanation below the needs to acheive more revenue.
