Went to Lotus Dramaga on June 10, 2026 around 10 AM. Extremely disappointed with the service of one of the female employees at the cashier At first she was friendly when greeting, then condescending. Gave the impression of knowing it all and lecturing the customer. Her smile was also very forced, different from when serving other customers. As a customer I pay, I should be served with respect. Please retrained for attitude towards customers ya. Too bad the place is already nice
