We visited this restaurant with our family and found the food and ambiance to be very nice. However, the live music during the middle of a hot day was unexpectedly loud and took away from the experience. I asked the staff if they could lower the volume, but they said they couldn’t do anything about it (or maybe they didn’t want to, I’m not sure). Overall, the service was average. With a small adjustment to the music volume, the experience could have been much more enjoyable.

Finally, I am able to visit D'Sawah. Currently, it has expanded to 9 hectares! Generally, the foods are ok. We ordered ayam Taliwang, tempe mendoan, Maranggi Satay, espresso, & kangkung balacan. The Ayam Taliwang, looks more & taste like grilled chicken. The chilli 🌶 they put it on a separate container. Maranggi Satay: The meat (some) is tender, although some of it the meat was like shredded beef meat. Tempe mendoan: Is ok.. the flour is not crispy style. The chilli is not spicy though. For those like to selfie, they have lots of selfie spots.

The Sawah had a positive experience of a restaurant with a nice view and plenty of parking. The dishes were delicious and there were a lot of people enjoying the outdoor setting with paddy fields and fish ponds. It's always great to dine in a beautiful natural setting like that.

The area is huge. I had a nice walk. Similar vibe with Ngopi Di Sawah at Megamendung, but this one has a Hotel, Cafe and Restaurant. If you visit at hectic hour the food might not come out as you expected and quality is decrease, but on regular hours it is actually good. I'll say skip the Gurame though. I like Nasi Ulam, Liwet and Nasi Serundeng. Generous portion for gado-gado and Mendoan, better for sharing. The hotel is like bungalow and villa type, there are Rumah Apung, Rumah Lumbung and Rumah Joglo, all with different design. I like Rumah Apung the best (the one with a big pond) especially at night time. Swimming Pool is also fun, 35K weekdays 50K weekend.

The view and dining atmosphere is very nice. There are many great spots for taking photos. The atmosphere is themed around rice fields, making it feel like you're in a village.
