Great hotel for a weekend with family in Puncak. Located along the main street, the hotel has a nice view to the mountains at the back. The style is really nice, Javanese vibe which gives kind of authentic touch to this hotel. Rooms are quite well maintained, you can see old Javanese decoration and artifacts everywhere in the hotel, in the rooms, even in the bathrooms. Service is quite good as well. There is a swimming pool for the kids with view to the mountains. Breakfast is quite ok with buffet (nasi goreng, ayam goreng, ayam tepung goreng, sayur, kopi, teh, roti). Highly recommended hotel for affordable budget.

I was stayed at this hotel for weekend escape. The room was large, clean and nice environment. The pool was children friendly.But sad, no hot water in the morning. So my 15-month baby had to take a bath with cold water :(||The a la carte menu had a good taste. ||The breakfast was fine. the porridge was too watery.||But most of all. It was great, and i will return next time.||Thank you teratai

This renovated hotel is really easy to find because of the strategic position. The staff always welcome you with greetings and really friendly. There are swimmimg pool and this hotel is a good choice for meeting since the owner make a bigger meeting room. They have beautiful mountain scenery, so it is really nice in the morning when you want to relax and enjoy morning coffee

Sorry to say. This place is so-so. The interior and exterior are good. But the room service is so poor. How can some room have coffee and tea, but the other doesn't have. It's also the same with toothbrush. Also the mattress is not clean. I've been to a lot of hotels, and this place the worst. My skin is sensitive, but only at this hotel it got itchy. Also the pillow a little bit smelly.

it was my second time spent night in Taman Teratai Hotel at Cisarua. we pick superior room, near swimming pool. large room with two single bed (can added with 1 bed extra), ethnic bathroom (large also) only few step to swimming pool with mountain view. the water so cold and also the weather. at 3 pm and at night we get complimentary sncak (coffee/tea and peanuts), breakfast at morning was awesome with indonesian food. next time we will come back again to this hotel for sure. thanks
