Didn't get a purchase receipt... Total purchase 44,500 Service is very unfriendly. Seems impatient and there is no smile.. Requested the ice cream to be wrapped, all toppings were put together and didn't use a lid. Had to ask to be wrapped, the definition was explained that if wrapped it must use a lid and toppings separated. Ordered 2 ice cream menus.. One uses croffle.. The croffle is very plain and hard.. All the popcorn is soggy even though there is still a lot of Indomaret caramel popcorn stock on top that hasn't been opened. Don't know why I got the ones that were all soggy.. On the glass there is a free tumbler for a purchase of 35K, they said the stock is out so it was replaced with a small hand fan. Also on the glass there is a free 1 scoop ice cream for all drink purchases except thai tea. Today I also bought mango yakult, should have gotten it for free. Asked the cashier, they said I didn't get it. But when asked at the end what flavor of ice cream do you want? Also happened to see some marshmallows fell, hopefully they were thrown away and not put back in Hopefully the service can be better and the hospitality can be improved. Even though the ice cream menu could be one of the mainstay menus.

Have been to this Teguk very often. Because the taste suits my taste, the place is close to work, lots of promos. Like the taro, thai tea, matcha flavors the most. The service is fast, the staff are very kind. Must come here.
