Imperial is a well-known franchise found in many malls, yet this particular outlet has become our regular choice for family lunches. Their xiao long bao truly satisfies our cravings here in Bogor. Over time, we have noticed clear improvements—not only in the consistency of their signature dishes, including fried rice, but also in the overall service quality. There was once a minor issue with the taste of the xiao long bao, and what stood out was how swiftly and professionally the manager and team responded. They immediately identified the root of the problem and addressed it. Since then, we have continued to return with confidence, knowing they are committed to maintaining consistent quality. Without fail, my family enjoys dining here—it has become our comfort food, whether on rainy or sunny days. The entire team, from the manager to the servers, is friendly, attentive, and clearly works hard to serve every customer well. We have also noticed several new faces among the staff, which suggests the business is growing. At this stage, expanding seating—especially adding more air-conditioned space—could greatly enhance the experience for customers who currently end up dining outside. Recently, we noticed one of the staff, Yuni was very attentive to an elderly customer, ensuring she received the best possible care. This kind of attentiveness truly creates a great dining experience All things considered, this is the kind of restaurant one might simply say is “okay,” yet keeps coming back to regularly. And that, in itself, says a great deal.

Good delicious chinese food. More on the pricier side, but the food and service more than makes up for it. The food tastes authentic and there are a lot of choices. All of the dishes are halal so you don't have to worry about pork or alcohol.

Always in love with their collection of Dimsum and Hainan Chicken Rice! Good service and good overall ambience. Will always come back 10/10.

The food is amazingly good. We love the burnt taste of nasi goreng. (In good way) The desserts are sensational. The dimsums are in the minus.
