Came here on a weekday and had a great experience. The service was super fast, which really matters for an all-you-can-eat place with a time limit. The highlight for me is the taste, the beef is top notch, easily one of the best meats I’ve had at an AYCE restaurant. Very juicy, flavorful, and you can really tell it’s high-grade meat. My favorites are the Karubi and Rosu. Hope they can keep up this quality, definitely coming back.

Amazing food and even better service! I had a really wonderful time dining at Gyu-Kaku today. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was super cozy. But the highlight of our visit was definitely the exceptional service. A huge thanks to ELLEN and AMANDA for being so incredibly helpful, friendly, and cool throughout our meal. They were very attentive, fast to help us with whatever we needed, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Great job to the team, will definitely come back soon!

Mas Roby and all the staff are very helpful. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but honestly, I prefer to have my meals here. All the staff are friendly, and the food is served neatly. In my opinion, the food here tastes better than at the Jakarta, Depok, or Bogor branches hehe. Thankyou sekali lagi

Good bbq place, the meat is juicy and tender. They give you 90 minutes to eat all you can eat with ordering as many as you want. It's kind of pricey but it's good. The serve ice cream and soft tofu as a desert. Edit on Valentine 2023.
