Bad service staff attitude. Rude and not professional

I bought mini cream puffs, the chocolate ones, per cup contains 6pcs. The size is quite large, even though it's called "mini". You can take 2 to 3 bites before it's finished. Unfortunately, even though 1 cup contains 6pcs, you can't mix flavors. So 1 cup is 1 flavor. For the chocolate cream itself, I don't really like it. & it easily turns sour. I bought it in the late afternoon, the next morning it was already sour, and there were still 3pcs left lol, so sad. But for the crust, it's really delicious, crunchy and savory. 💸 39k no tax no service.

Seriously, on the weekend there are only 2 employees, 1 focused on baking, the other one handling the cashier and packing too. The communication is also bad, there is no communication to the customer if the queue is still long and takes a long time. The employees seem to have never been trained, cannot serve customers well. It's better if it's overloaded, put up a 'temporarily closed' sign. Please improve the service, it's a shame if beard papa is sold with service like this.

This is the first time I've eaten beard's papa but the filling is empty. So sad. When I bought it at Kokas, the filling was really overflowing. This one is stingy and very empty for the filling. So sad anyway
