I have nothing against this restaurant, but for some reason it just didn’t feel appealing to me. Yes, the price is really affordable. Their sushi plates are around 9k to 19k, they also have rolls, and they even offer an all you can eat option. For value, I can see why people might like it. But for me, sushi is one of those foods where cleanliness and freshness matter more than anything, because you are eating it raw. What bothered me most was the cleanliness. The rotating sushi station cover looked oily, like it had been touched so many times but not properly wiped or washed. Maybe it was just my impression, but it affected my appetite right away. The sushi itself also didn’t look that appealing. The sashimi was okay, no odd smell or taste, but the orange color was not bright and fresh looking, and I noticed some darker areas on the side that made it look less appetizing. The small details also added to the experience. The condiments area was not well maintained. Chopsticks were missing, soy sauce was not refilled, and it felt like customers were expected to just adjust and accept it. Service was another issue. The waitress gave us the wrong order, which is really a big no for a sushi place. I was honestly glad I did not touch it, because once food is mixed up, you can’t help but question the handling. Taste wise, it was just okay. The rice didn’t feel like Japanese rice to me, and that made the sushi feel less authentic. I understand that with a 9k sushi plate, you are paying for the value, not premium quality. But still, when it comes to sushi, I’m willing to pay a bit more if it means the place looks clean, the food looks fresh, and the basics like condiments and service are taken seriously. Overall, it’s okay. I’m not fully satisfied, but I’m not totally disappointed either. It’s affordable and it might work for people who just want quick, cheap sushi, but personally I did not enjoy it as much as I expected.
View on GoogleAlways order the ayce option when I come here. The staff are friendly, and the food arrives quickly. The dining area is clean and spacious, and the restroom is clean as well.
View on GoogleConveyor-belt sushi restaurant, but the conveyor belt was almost empty during the first half and turned off during the second half. Menus that tasted good to me: -Tuna sushi variants -Sushi with less mayonnaise Menus that tasted bad to me: -Takoyaki, but it didn’t contain any octopus -Nori tempura — it tasted like regular fried snacks (gorengan) -Beef sushi variants — the meat was tough Context: It was a weekend dinner time. All-you-can-eat (regular package).
