I wasn't planning on making a review on this place, but the staff (cashier) was very friendly and polite, and also this is my first time trying their food, so I feel encouraged to write about my positive experience here. It's located on the food court section of Aeon Delta Mas and after circling several times, I've decided that this is the most enticing food outlet here. The queue was quite long but the cashier was fast and the order processing was also surprisingly quick, almost like a fast food joint. You can see 4 woks behind the plexi glass, each efficiently making their popular menu items, such as kwetiau siram that I ordered, fried rice, fried noodle, etc. Portion was great and the price listed is already included with tax, so kudos to them.

a true manifestation of what real fried kwetiau tastes like. the taste of the kwetiau reminds me of the typical Chinese style kwetiau often sold in Batam. savory, salty, complex flavors, probably uses fish sauce / Worcestershire sauce / sesame oil. the texture of the kwetiau is not the bouncy, chewy type, but the kind that instantly breaks down when bitten or chewed. exactly like the kwetiau I've eaten since I was a kid. the toppings are quite generous, chicken, vegetables, and scrambled eggs that are completely broken down, so they don't clump up too much. mustard greens & bean sprouts are in reasonable amounts, not "competing" with the kwetiau, and don't ruin the flavor. really delicious, must come here again. to the creator of the recipe, the chef, the employees, may you always be healthy and happy.

Seafood poured kwetiau, Seafood Fried Rice, and the broth soup are a must-try. Really delicious, very savory, the seasonings really stand out, the seafood in the kwetiau or fried rice is fresh and large, the meat in the soup is tender and not tough. The price matches the quality served. Service is also fast, takes a maximum of 5 minutes to be ready to serve, and the staff are all friendly. The atmosphere in the Aeon Deltamas food court is clean and comfortable.
