I ordered grilled fish cake, but initially, the fish arrived unsatisfactory and was already stale because the meat was wavy and wet. But after asking for a replacement it tastes good and the fish is fresh In addition, I ordered a delicious 1 liwet package (for 4pax) and delicious squid bean sprouts.

First time come to this place. The place is big, 2 storage restaurant, pay before you eat (it’s fast food concept). The service is ok, quick response, rather dirty & greasy (the cleaning mop might not being cleaned regularly. We ordered cumi paket nasi, gurame paket nasi, & tempe mendoan. - rice: nice - cumi: not crunchy & cold - gurame: not crunchy & cold - karedok: ok - sayur asem: nice - tempe mendoan: plain taste, but the dip souce is nice - tea: nice Ambiance is actualy nice, but there were a big family and their children runing all around the restaurant like a playground, yet their parents were lettinh them.

One of the option for local food. The food is good, big portion and delicious. Has a big parking area.

Not impressed with the service, be better since this message is read. It was disappointing when I arrive at the restaurant, there was no person asking me for table reservation in the beginning, then I asked a random waiter where to order and can I have the menu book, but she suggested me to wait in line in the cashier to just order directly. At the moment, I felt hurried as the line continued in the cashier and the cashier didn’t show all the menus or hand us the menu book, or even suggest what were the favourites (I attach a part of menu that was in the cashier, not a menu book). In fact, I ordered hurriedly because of stomach rush, and finally, I regreted ALL of my orders because I didn’t know other menus like seafood or beef that I might want to try. In addition, the waiters were fast for delivering orders and the food preparation didn’t take a long time, but the lady cashier and the waiters wore NO SMILE. The foods and beverages tasted okay 7,5/10, and sadly that all the chicken size were unexpectedly small (didn’t attach the photo due to dead battery). In the end, such unpleasant service for first impression👎🏻
