Order buta kara ramen and buta signature rame. Both are good, but for the balance and more umami flavor, I recommend buta kara ramen. Buta signature ramen broth is salty. It's less umami so you cannot get the optimum flavor. Buta kara rame is more umami than buta signature, eventhough there's a hint of raw chilli flavors or just too chemical from the kara sauce. The downside of this outlet is the hygiene, cleanliness and ambience itself. The interior itself gives you an old vibe from the dull of the furniture. And I thinks there's lizzard dropping in a chair.
View on GoogleRamen is very tasty and savoury. Even ramen on its own is delicious. The pork could do better. Still has slight porkish smell to it. Grilled pork and prawn gyoza taste good. Service is good, although quite slow in servings. Overall good
View on GoogleWe love their chicken karage. Their kara ramen is good but we prefer to order the kara in separate bowl so we can adjust the spiciness. No complaints about food ad service, however they do not have any handwash area for customer and we need to go to public toilet which is located outside restaurant. I mean, I would prefer to wash my hand before eating and this was quite annoying. Please, do install a handwash station, thanks.
View on GoogleThis restaurant serves non halal (pork) and also beef and chicken. Their ramen is good, we can choose the stiffness of the noodle. We ordere buta ramen and buta misho ramen. Both are delicious with not thick soup but so tasty. The gyosha, grilled and steamed, are also delicuous. Good place to meet people and to eat.
View on GoogleThe ramen itself was quite nice, the broth had a good flavor but it was a little too salty (not 濃厚 by the way, just salty) and the noodles were not long and continous (for some reason mine was putus-putus idek why). The egg was good though. The karaage was good, and you get two type of sauce. The ocha was rich and noice.
