The atmosphere is cool because there are big fans. The service is friendly.

I came to Pondok Baso Pak Parjo KSO on Thursday afternoon, April 9, 2026, hoping to enjoy a meal comfortably. However, the experience I got was quite disappointing. In the area around the restaurant, there are illegal parking attendants who ask for money unreasonably (extortion) with an impolite attitude. The situation became even more uncomfortable because the person in question was seen doing activities that lead to online gambling around the location. This is certainly very disturbing to the comfort of visitors and gives an unsafe impression. When I had a dispute with the parking attendant, it was very unfortunate that there was no professional response from the restaurant. One of the waiters, a short and fat man, was seen just sitting relaxed and laughing, without showing any effort to help or defuse the situation. In addition, the condition of the dining area also felt hot, further reducing comfort while there. Overall, this experience left me unsatisfied, not only in terms of facilities, but also in terms of security and service. Hopefully, the management can pay more attention to the surrounding environment and improve staff response and professionalism for customer comfort.

Meatballs are not just ordinary meatballs in my opinion, the texture of the meatballs is soft but meaty, the broth is fresh when combined with chili sauce, sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, wow great.
