The katsu is standard just fried nothing special, because it's probably just fried. they serve leftover rice, you could clearly smell the aroma of the rice which was almost stale. there is no music, the atmosphere is quiet, all you can hear is the sound of vehicles on the side of the road

The cutlet is so small. The batter is fried crispy. The sauce is light and cheap. The tables are small, but there is a wide wasted space, so layout sense is poor. Room is kept clean. The price is cheap, so I would think it an overall balance of 4 points.
