All the couches are so dirty, flies flying around. The table stand given to us is broken and with yellow stain. The worst part is that the staff is rude. My husband kindly asked them if they can chop the chicken into small dices because I am sick. The staff girl said “No, we do not do that.” My husband said in Kelapa Gading Mall they can do that. The lady said: “ Ok, then we will check with Gading.” She could simply tell us “ Please wait a minute let me check with our chef and see if he can do it for you.” But she said straight no. She simply just wants to refuse us. That is not supposed be an answer from a service staff. She is rude and disrespectful. The staff here need some serious training on customer service.
