We came here because the review made by Bikin Lapar Trans TV. The main dishes on the menu were Manado cuisine. The jaws of grilled tuna with rica seasoning plus the Dabu sambal dip were really tasty. The grilled jaws didn't smell fishy and the sambal was delicious too. The taste of cah kangkung (Stir-fried kale) was just standard. The bakwan jagung (crispy corn cakes) were delicious. It was just a bit expensive. The staffs were friendly. Parking space was limited.

The most tricky part to dine in here is the parking. A very limited parking lot, only fitted up to 4 - 5 cars, max! Despite the quite spacious indoor dining area. If you come with family or large group probably best to park at the mosque across nganarasa resto. Anyway, I always like manado cuisine. The fresh, full spices, and tasty dishes especially the grilled ones always be my favourite. Also the sambal! Manado cuisine is famous with the dabu-dabu sambal, manadonese raw sambal. Consist of diced onion, tomatoes (red and green), chili peppers added with salt, sugar, and fresh lime/lemon/cui lemon juice, made the sambal fresh with sour and spicy flavour perfect combination for the grilled fish. I've tried their grilled marlin rica (55k), grilled tuna original (55k), and sweet corn fritters (35k). Too bad, I couldn't tried the chicken woku-woku, unavailable at the moment. The fish were well marinated and fresh. Both of the sambal, rica and dabu-dabu were on point. Although it took quite time to get your fish ready. Well, since its manual, I supposed. Thumbs up for the fritters, yummy!the first one to be served and taste good, make your tummy quite happy while waiting for the fish come! I'll come here again to try other dishes, for sure!

Superb 4.5, the authentic manadonese cuisine, recommended for the tuna. Unfortunately, the food serving time is a bit longer, but worth the wait. The taste is very delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at NganaRasa Cafe & Resto, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This hidden gem left a lasting impression with its delicious dishes and impeccable service. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the grill squid (Cumi Bakar). Cooked to perfection, the squid was tender, flavorful, and had a delightful smoky aroma that instantly captivated our taste buds. The blend of spices used in the marinade complemented the dish perfectly, creating a mouthwatering treat that I can't wait to have again. Another standout dish was the Squid Woku Blanga (Cumi Woku Blanga). The combination of tender squid with the vibrant and aromatic Woku Blanga sauce was a culinary masterpiece. The spiciness level was just right, adding a welcomed kick to the overall flavor profile. Apart from the squid dishes, we also tried a few other items from the menu, and they were all equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented, demonstrating the chef's attention to detail and commitment to providing a memorable dining experience. Moreover, I must commend the restaurant staff for their excellent service. From the moment we walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met, making us feel truly valued as customers. In conclusion, Nganarasa cafe & Resto is a restaurant that I highly recommend to any food enthusiast. The combination of great food, excellent service, and inviting ambiance makes it a must-visit establishment. Whether you are looking for a romantic dinner or a casual gathering with friends, this place promises to deliver a memorable dining experience that will leave you eager to return.
