Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Lawson Pandu Raya Bogor. I came politely to break my fast and had been standing by since 5:00 PM until breaking the fast with my relative. I ask, please improve the attitude and service of the employees here, starting from the male cashier named Eko and his one female staff friend who wears a hijab. At the beginning, the service was slow and ignored or not served well even though the store situation was very quiet. Cashier Eko did his work unethically and seemed in a hurry, I know because I am also a retail worker, and you are doing SO, but please if there is a customer, please serve them immediately, especially being made to wait until I myself said to be served immediately. The female staff and cashier Eko laughed at me and talked about me from behind until the female staff recorded and filmed me, for what? Is it very ethical to do that? Honestly, this is the last time and I will never go to this Lawson again, my intention was to eat toppokki in peace to break my fast, but instead it became an unpleasant experience.

The place is comfortable. Clean. Inside seating only has 2 tables and 4 chairs. Outside there are tables and chairs too but not many. Spacious parking. The service is good and friendly. Lawson's Odeng and friends are indeed the most delicious and fresh to eat at any time. Just choose the package. The price is cheaper than buying individually. Many choices of food and drinks. But there is no ice cube glass in that cup, which only contains ice cubes. Even though if there was, it would be fresher to buy drinks there using additional ice cubes in the cup. If you buy through the application, it seems like the discount will increase. Just check their IG often to see when the promo dates are

definitely worth the hype!!! the food is very delicious and quite cheap for the price because it is proportional to the portion obtained, anw if you don't like spicy, it's better not to buy the spicy variant (for the mentai and odeng) because it's really that spicy but still enjoyable. definitely will come back here if I want to snack on something delicious
