The best seblak prasmanan and the most complete topping that i ever seen

The line management is awful, customer have to wait for 1 freakin hour just to eat.

Got influenced by Tikt*k so I finally stopped by here since it's near my house too, it was raining very hard, the parking lot was full and water was pooling in front of the location. The place where we ate was also leaking everywhere, honestly it made it uncomfortable. Thank God when we arrived other guests had finished eating but it did look full because they were waiting for the rain to stop, so we didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive at the table. The concept is we pick the seblak ingredients to our liking, there are many choices and the prices look cheap, but because of 'hungry eyes' I went crazy and took everything, on average we ate a pot full for about 30k and sweet tea for 5k. In my opinion, the seblak broth is not thick enough and doesn't taste like kencur which is a characteristic of seblak, it's too watery. It's okay, just add a little salt and sweet soy sauce and it suits our taste.
