The food is delicious with reasonable prices. The atmosphere is comfortable and suitable for families. The mushola is spacious and clean, which is a big plus.

Food - I order fried spring beans and eggplants. Some drink menu e.g. teh tarik and a few others are not available. To me, food variety can be much improved. Suggest to add tempe menu as well into it. Service - Service was fast from waiter and food servings are really fast also. Perhaps, the waitress can be more proactive in offering suggesting for replacement of non available items. Payment is made twice, one for Uttara and one for another beverage shop inside the building. Ambience - Uttara is strategically placed over cross road towards Cimanggu, Jambu Dua, and Bogor Residence. The place has comfortable ambience with its pastel colours. They have multiple seatings type and soft decorations over the place. Toilet is available for 1st and 2nd floor, also area for smoking rooms.

The roof was leaking in many places and there were flies inside. The staff was very helpful. When I ordered teriyaki chicken, there was not any sauce on the entire dish. They charged me for extra sauce when I asked for some teriyaki sauce to actually put on the chicken. The food is a little expensive for what it is, but it was good.
