Goo food and good price

Good

One of the Imperial Kitchen stores located in Bogor, overall it is almost the same as Imperial Kitchen in other places both in terms of food taste and service concept. Indeed, the waiting time is quite long and the food is served one by one and it takes a long time to wait for the next order so when the first food is almost finished, the other orders arrive, the fried rice is too oily so it makes me nauseous. The strange service concept of Imperial Kitchen is when ordering tea poci, you are not allowed to add cups, even if given, it is considered ordering at the same price as paying for 2 pots, even though in other restaurants 1 regular tea poci is shared with 2 or 3 cups.

+3

Before the pandemic, I ate at Imperial Transmart Cilandak several times. It tasted good. The portion was decent. The price is standard for a restaurant. This time I tried it at Imperial Mall Boxies 123 Bogor and was surprised by the portion which is getting smaller. Maybe it's a saving measure due to the pandemic. The taste is still delicious. The place is a bit cramped. Luckily the mall is indeed quiet. What if it's crowded. So this less than perfect rating is more because of the reduced food portion. For service, it's quite good. It's just a bit disturbed by a few flies flying around.

Don't eat at this branch. Very slow. Takes a long time. Wasting time. Even though it's empty. Many chefs. This is the first time I've eaten at Imperial like this. The staff also didn't immediately greet customers. Like being asked first "where do you order here" then he was busy looking for paper and a pen. Then he wasn't alert when a customer came, he was left confused. Really regret coming here. Won't come here again.
