Poor service, even though every time I go to Bogor I always stop by, this is the 2nd time I'm very disappointed with the service. The first time I wasn't given a receipt, the order wasn't made until I asked the employee and it turned out they forgot. And the last one yesterday on 3/6/2026 at 13:15, my order wasn't made until I asked the employee and yappp they forgot again. Inside the shop, it says you get WiFi with a minimum purchase of 20k, whereas I spent more than 20k, initially the lady gave me the ID and password, after that the lady didn't know where she went and was replaced by a guy who was a bit chubby, I intended to buy again using QRS transaction, but when I asked the guy for WiFi, he said there wasn't any in a curt tone while playing on his phone. Please implement the SOP. As a fan of this new point, I received poor service.
