Always love to come back here every month. The best sushi I’ve eaten so far. Tips: always ask the newest kind of fish they have today and you’ll eat the freshest sushi!!! Nice staffs and nice services as well. Must try: Salmon Salad and Gunkan ;)

Although a bit pricey but the taste was authentic. It is located at the centre of Bogor city, Padjajaran street. The have a medium indoor dining area. You can also sit at the open kitchen for sushi and sashimi as it was common for japanese restaurant. They have a lot of varieties japanese dishes. All of the dishes tasted great such as the udon and ramen. They were clean, fresh with flavorful soup base. Their sushi was also good, although not for the gyoza. No idea what happened, but at the time I eat it, the taste was sour not fresh. I've tried the komochi sisamo for the first time, a grilled capelin fish. The fish was imported since we don't have them in our ocean. The unique of this fish was the fish egg inside them. Probably since they've been catch during their spawn time in the shore. But I would say I'm not a fan of this dish. It tasted bitter for me.

Hidden gem in Bogor. Must try ! Authentic Japanese Restaurant for its taste, menu and ambients. The chef/ owner is Japanese but he speaks Indonesian fluently. The place is small, totally hidden and little bit hard to find on Jl Pajajaran. You search through google maps for directions to this place. Kyoto Tei implements good health protocols. Their service is also good. Tips: Sashimi is my daughter's favorite. She said Salmon Sashimi Kyoto Tei was thick, fresh and the best so far in Bogor👍 For me, Shoyu ramen is my favorite. It tastes good and nyummy.. 😍 If you plan to dine-in for 4 or more people, you can reserve or choose the 2nd floor as there are bigger tables. If it's only for 1-2 people, it's a wonderful experience to sit on the 1st floor in front of the chef who preparing sushi and enjoying the typical Japanese corner. Haha 👌☺️

BEST SUSHI IVE HAD IN A WHILEEE!! Would love to comeback here again. We ordered the nigiri sushi matsu, unagi crunchy roll, and chukaidako. All were delicious, not fishy and and fresh. But, the unagi… sweet and savory at the same time and chewy! I really recommend to try their unagi, the best.
