I recently dined in here, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Despite attempting to make reservations beforehand, the customer service response time was disappointingly slow. Consequently, I arrived without any prior booking. Upon entering, I couldn't help but notice the stark difference between the ambiance advertised and the reality. The absence of the promised waterfall feature, reminiscent of Changi Airport, was a letdown. It's disheartening when establishments fail to deliver on their advertised promises. Moving on to the culinary aspect, I opted for the Nasi Goreng Flui and Sop Konro Iga Bakar, both of which were recommended by the server. While the prices were steep, the taste was merely average. For the premium charged, one would expect a more exceptional gastronomic experience. In summary, FLUI failed to meet expectations on multiple fronts. From sluggish reservation responses to discrepancies between advertised ambiance and reality, coupled with underwhelming food, the overall experience was disappointing. Hopefully, the management takes note of these shortcomings to improve future dining experiences for patrons.
