there's another mie ayam that's supposedly viral. this is one of its branches. the main one is in Rawamangun, Jakarta. this time I didn't dine in. but ordered via ojol to eat at home. even though it's actually very close to my house. packaging. the packaging is very okay and proper. uses a food box. very okay and very safe in my opinion. 10/10 by the time it reached my house, it was still hot. well, the distance is close, so it's normal that it's still hot. what I ordered was mie ayam Yamin baso and mie ayam kuah pangsit. I was curious to try both. let's discuss the noodles first, before the taste. for the texture, these noodles are very okay. it's the thin type and not too curly. the level of doneness is very okay, perfect. the noodles are also chewy. 10/10 each portion already comes with vegetables and bean sprouts. this is the first time I've eaten mie ayam with bean sprouts. it makes the eating experience feel different, and I think the addition of bean sprouts is very okay and fits perfectly. they aren't stingy with it either, there's a lot. 10/10 next, the toppings. there are meatballs and wet wontons here. the wet wonton is really okay. the size is big, and the filling is delicious. 9/10. meatballs? this is one of the downsides in my opinion. honestly, the meatballs are very lacking. the texture seems like they have too much flour or are overcooked. the taste of the meatballs is also very standard. not chewy at all. 5/10. I swear if the meatballs were good, this would be the most perfect mie ayam I've ever eaten. chicken? wow, the chicken is abundant, really a lot. it's the type of chicken that's crispy but slightly moist. not dominantly soy sauce chicken, the taste is savory and slightly sweet. 9/10 okay, now for the main thing. the taste. one word first to describe the mie ayam. previously, I've tried many mie ayam. this mie ayam is delicious. from the yamin noodles. the taste is savory-sweet, but not overly cloying. combined with other toppings, it gets even better. 9.5/10. moving on to the mie ayam kuah. the broth tends to be salty, I think it's added with the chicken seasoning. the taste of the mie ayam without broth is also good, savory-salty, but there's no sweetness, so 9.5/10 overall, this is very worth it.

Mie ayam uleg rawamangun bogor branch, location near the fountain, located in a food court so it's lined up with other food stalls, for the taste it's standard like regular mie ayam, just add chili or chili oil according to the menu, then the service was a bit chaotic, out of 5 orders 3 complained because of wrong menu or slow service, hopefully it can be improved in the future, even though I ate during off-peak hours, I'm afraid if it's crowded it could be chaotic and many will be disappointed, keep up the spirit💪🏼

This is the first time I've eaten mie ayam with bean sprouts hehehe. It's also delicious. The spiciness is as requested. The noodles are good.. I used to eat the one in Rawamangun often

There is Mie cabe uleg vs Chili oil. Affordable price and the toppings are plenty, overall the taste is okay 8.5/10…..Just a shame when I went there, sorry the service was a bit slow, hopefully it can be improved in the future,.
