Martabak Air Mancur in Warung Jambu is a true Bogor legend. Established in 1993, this place has been serving locals and visitors for decades. What makes it special is that you can actually dine in, which is quite rare since most martabak spots focus on takeaway only. The menu is extensive and goes beyond martabak. You’ll find Bakso Tahu, Bakso Urat, Chicken Vermicelli Soup, Chicken Mushroom Kwetiau, Plain Bakmi, Steamed Chicken Rice (Nasi Tim Ayam), and Boiled Wontons. For martabak lovers, they offer Martabak Manis, Martabak Telor, and even Martabak Brownies. When it comes to toppings, they are definitely generous. You can tell this place was a pioneer long before modern martabak variations became trendy over the past two decades. A solid choice if you’re in Bogor and looking for something classic, satisfying, and worth bringing home as a local souvenir.

I purchased the 'Martabak Spesial' and 'Es Shanghai'. The taste of the martabak was so-so in my preference; nothing so special. One portion is enough for two peoole. The ice was refreshing with fruits toppings. The staffs are friendly. The place was quite and pretty neat & clean. However in my opinion, the price of the foods are not worth the taste & quality.

The food was good enough except the pempek too much flour. I tried the bakmie, also good and the broth was nice too. For the martabak as per my opinion its a bit too thick and the topping a bit little.

We ordered a cheese world egg martabak. The taste was quite good, lots of cheese & the skin was crisp & crunchy. The service was quite fast. Will try another variation sometimes.
