Such a nice place to spend your day with your loved one. Sport, picnic, photoshoot, just take a walk, studytour with those botanical things. A fav place to go to make the quality of time to its fullest.

If you want to get away from hectic jakarta, this is the right place. Only 60 minutes drive from jakarta. Try come on working days, you will find this place almost entirely for yourself. Dont forget to pack your lunch box and to visit Olive store on the way back

Kebun Raya Bogor has done a good job maintaining the park and property. It is a large park, provide an open clean air for walking, jogging, biking or even just sitting around. It has a restaurant inside the park and couple snack vendors. But they are in one spot, to be safe, bring your own drinks and foods (do not forget store the trash in the bin). During weekend, cars can not enter (still my question to date, where should I park the car?). In the weekend cars can enter, pay Rp50.000/car and Rp15.000/person.
