The food took a long time, the portion is super small, the service is grumpy, more like indifferent and uncaring. Even though there are many staff... Food taste?? Raw chicken as shown in the picture

For Chicken Sumo in Darmaga, it's like they aren't serious about selling... 1. Slow... (cashier takes a long time to input) 2. Long wait (more than 15 minutes) even though it's quiet. 3. Food taste 👎(*🌭Burnt)

Honestly, I'm confused why the reviews here are bad. For me, there's no issue. Okay, the chicken wasn't fried yet when I ordered. But it didn't take long. They promised 10 minutes. The rest I'm just fine with

+1

Quite delicious, competitive price, service is quite good, the atmosphere is very comfortable because it's in the foodcourt area and clean

Such a shame, even though this is a favorite place for me and my family. Today we just ate and ordered the menu here.. because my child didn't finish the meal, I asked the waitress to wrap it, the waitress said it's paid, ma'am, one bag Rp2500 and I bought 2. Ok I paid, turns out it wasn't a bag but a box. And I was told to pack it myself. I asked: miss, do I pack this myself? 'Yes' answered the waitress in a black hijab without saying 'sorry' who was on duty today around 3.15 pm. Please improve the service to be friendlier and more helpful because customers pay plus tax, don't let us be discouraged from buying this product. Thanks
