Located in Suryakencana, this place offer pork dish. Pretty classic, with some kind of sauce that is not that common unless you go to a classic chinese resto like this
View on GoogleToo sweet but perfect if I only take a little sauce mix a little chili sambal. The ngohiang is has some chunk of meat, freshly fried, crunchy skin, and yummy all over! The first floor is a narrow aisle, but there are more seats upstairs. The order also came in good time.
View on GoogleAn interesting meal. A different kind of ngoh hiang, one that i have never seen nor tasted before. I did love it though, the sweetish peanut sauce somehow complimented the meal. Ngoh hiang is more chewy than a normal one, different kind of texture i'm used to. The nasi campur was good. The nasi tim, not a fan of the rice, way overcooked + soggy, but the minced meat real tasty. The ngoh hiang wasn't the cheapest, but i thought worth the experience. Place isn't that big. Though when we came during weekend lunchtime, there was no excess crowd, but the tables were constantly filled.
View on Googlefirst time here and I tried the ngo hiang campur babi, super tasty! it comes in a pretty big portion, ideal for 2 people to share.
View on GoogleVery delicious and unique food. Ngohiang is a mix of minced pork with special herbs, rolled with flour and then deep fried, which makes it crispy and crunchy outside and soft on the inside. It is served with special peanut sauce, and chili sauce, if you like it spicy. The place is located in the heart of Bogor on the central of culinary choices, you can order this ngohiang and eat it at the next door restaurant, which is sotomie agih (that’s also delicious 😋). You can also get this to take away and keep it in the fridge, I think it can last for a few days, and when you want to eat it, just cut it to pieces and deep fry it. It’s still yummy to savor this at home.
