The place is good, the Lazy river water is dirty and there was a dead bug in it. there are a lot of leaves on the ground. You must pay in order to get a floaty for a slide. Toilets are quite dirty, The showers are VERY dirty. Some doors cannot be locked. There is TRASH everywhere in the bathrooms. Can only open and close locker once, If you wanna open and close multiple times I think you might have to purchase another coin. *Our car randomly has a sticker without our permission*. (They just sticked it there without asking) The slide below the bridge has gaps that are quite far from each other that can scratch your back or even make you bleed. Water is very muddy many people keep offering cabanas and it's very annoying . First and last time ever coming here, I Recommend other water parks than this one. Overall, this one is very dirty . I expected better, the pictures are not what it looks like.

This water park is suitable for children and teenagers. It's well-managed, but tickets are relatively expensive, likely for the upper-middle class. It's located in a middle-to-upper-class residential area. The facilities are complete. The parking lot is spacious enough to accommodate large buses, so you'll need to walk. It's best to bring an umbrella, as Bogor is a rainy city.

I came here on the weekend, I bought the tickets on tiket(dot)com, it was fast to enter only need to show the barcode on the app. It was a bit crowded but still fun. Could rent swimming tires too. Many people waiting for the wave pool, so fun not very crowded in the pool. Worth it for the price.

I've always loved this place, especially because it's located in Bogor. Unfortunately, my experience today was ruined by the attitude of one of the employees. The employee I'm referring to was the lifeguard at the open waterslide. Imagine coming here just to enjoy your holiday, only to have an employee make fun of your appearance for no reason. While I was waiting for my turn, he looked at my friend and said, "What's wrong with your friend behind you? Why does she look so sleepy?" He said it with a mocking expression and laughed. My friend politely replied, "She hasn't had breakfast yet." Instead of stopping there, he continued by saying, "That's impossible. Just look at her body, she's so big," while laughing again. I was honestly shocked. First of all, my body isn't even that big, but even if it were, no employee should ever comment on or mock a guest's body. It's completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Please remind and properly train your employees to treat every guest with kindness and respect. No one comes here expecting to be body-shamed or laughed at by the staff. Guests come here to relax, have fun, and make good memories not to leave feeling embarrassed or judged. I've always had a great impression of this place, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I truly hope no other visitor has to go through something like this.
