Aroma is famous for their flavorful fried chicken and unique sambal. Visited the place again after years to have ifthar and it was super crowded I almost couldn’t park, get a table and barely got the food that I wanted. Fortunately everything was as expected, juicy, crisp and tender—delicious! You got some free lalap and may refill your sambal as much as you want (be careful though as you add more sambal you might burn your tongue). Jengkol balado stood out among all meals that I ordered. I also usually buy some tasty cungkring when it’s available.
