I don't like the service, I just bought chicken last night even though I clearly said "MISS, BUY 5 CHICKEN BREASTS, PLEASE SEPARATE 3 AND 2" with ease the female cashier at night said "OH YES SIS" I paid in full for 5 chicken breasts which is (65,000) because the cashier said the price went up to 13 thousand. It turns out when I looked again (I just warmed it up to eat for suhoor) there were only 4 and the position at home last night everyone was asleep and no one ate at all. And also I was not given a shopping receipt by the FEMALE cashier that night. Really VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH D'BESTO'S SERVICE THIS TIME, I HAVE BEEN A D'BESTO SUBSCRIBER EVERY YEAR AND IF A SHOPPING RECEIPT IS NOT ISSUED AND I HAVE BEEN SERVED, THE CASHIER ALWAYS SAYS "sorry sis, there is no receipt, and the chicken can be checked again" LAST NIGHT THERE WAS NO REQUEST TO CHECK AGAIN OR SAY SORRY IF THERE IS NO RECEIPT, ALL THAT WAS SAID WAS JUST THANK YOU. "PLEASE GIVE STRICT SANCTIONS TO CARELESS EMPLOYEES LIKE THE MISS" I AM VERY MUCH HARMED AS A D'BESTO CONSUMER FROM THE PAST, NOT BECAUSE OF MONEY BUT BECAUSE OF THE HONESTY AND THOROUGHNESS OF THE STAFF THANK YOU👎🏻

The female employee is really rude, please train the employees further!!! VERY RUDE, no ethics at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can you serve customers like that, it's a pity for the shop owner to have employees like that, it makes me lazy to buy there again, even though it tastes good!!!!!!
