Mie 57 is located before Kinderfield School Bogor, in a shophouse complex. The place is spacious but not well-decorated, so there are many empty spots. The noodle taste is quite good, the dumplings are soft, the dough is not too thick, and the filling is just right. The noodles are also chewy but not cloying when eaten.

The noodle portion is too small for a 30k chicken noodle with dumplings and meatballs. The taste is good though. Compared to competitors in that area with the same price like mie ni*i or apo*o, this noodle has a very small portion

The fish balls are delicious, chewy, the noodles are just okay, not really suitable with fish balls, tend to be thick and heavy. Have eaten here several times, maybe it could be better if the noodles were improved to be closer to Chinese noodles which tend to be flat and thin, considering fish balls are generally Chinese food

Sorry there's no photo because it's already finished hehe The noodles are very delicious, already savory. When hungry, coming here makes it finish immediately.
