ATTENTION PLEASE 😁 1. "premium" burger, oh really?? 2. the rice is almost crusty, already yellowish 3. you were gaming, sir, maybe that's why the preparation was less than proper. I just want to help with the evaluation, I hope the management notices and takes action soon. There are other ratings discussing the same thing, it's a shame if it's left like this. thanks 🙏🏻

so annoyed this morning around 11 when I bought at bsto, I gave 50k, the cashier said "miss, do you have 2k?" I gave it, but when I got home it turned out my change was 30k, ayam geprek at besto is 16,17k, but why was I only given 30k back? it should be 34/35k because I already gave the 2k to the cashier, it's not about the money but I'm just so annoyed this has happened twice

The service is super duper slow like they're just learning and the face is super grumpy, no smile at all,👎👎👎

The rice is hard, like it's been there for several days. How could they sell rice that's unfit for consumption to customers like that

There's quite an improvement in the taste and quality of the chicken at this de besto SBJ Bubulak branch, it used to be a lot of reheated chicken but now it's always fresh and de besto spaghetti beats kaefchi now, it's really that delicious I swear hahahaha
